Environment


Accenture aims for net-zero emissions by 2025 and 100% renewable electricity. Brand Addition, also committed to environmental responsibility, uses 100% renewable energy globally, or RECs where needed. We target a 50% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions and Zero Waste to Landfill by 2030, with LED lighting and a Single-Use Plastic Policy already in place.

Human Rights


Brand Addition prioritizes human rights and ethical sourcing, aligning with Accenture's supplier due diligence. As a Living Wage Employer in Manchester, we mandate fair wages and ethical practices via supplier agreements. Our Corporate & Social Responsibility Declaration, alongside policies on responsible cotton and conflict minerals, promotes ethical sourcing.

Ethics & Governance


Accenture places a high priority on data privacy and information security, holding global certifications such as ISO 27001 for Information Security. Brand Addition is fully aligned with these standards, maintaining ISO 27001 certification across all of our global locations.

Supply Chain


Accenture works diligently with its suppliers to promote environmental sustainability, human rights, and diversity. In support of these values, Brand Addition is a proud A/B member of SEDEX (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange), an organization committed to continuous improvement of social and ethical performance within global supply chains. Community Impact


Brand Addition supports Accenture’s commitment to community impact through our own local and global initiatives. We offer paid volunteering leave to all employees, allowing our team to contribute to meaningful causes in their communities. Our annual Earth Day campaign has also made significant contributions to environmental causes, such as tree planting (2022), pollinator conservation (2023), and ocean plastics cleanup (2024).

Brand Addition improved to a B Score on the 2023 Climate Change assessment & improved to a B Score on the 2023 Supplier Engagement assessment.

We maintained an Ecovadis score of 80 in our 2024 assessment.

We’re a proud A/B member of Sedex, allowing us to view and monitor the SMETA (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit) audit reports of our suppliers, taking corrective actions if required. These audits give us an invaluable insight into understanding labour rights and environmental risks within our supply chain at Brand Addition.

In 2024 we jumped ahead to the No. 13 spot on the PPAI Top 100 recognition list.
